Corporate Development, Social Support and Stakeholder Participation Programs

Project description

• Part I: Corporate Development Programme for the Company: development and implementation of a Financial and Operational Performance Improvement Programme (“FOPIP”), Corporate Development Programme and Capacity Building Plan
• Part II: Social Support Programme: development and implementation of a social support programme for low income customers
• Part III: Stakeholder Participation Programme: development and implementation of a Stakeholder Participation Programme, aimed at enhancing public ownership by encouraging water conservation, increasing public participation in the provision of water services and raising public awareness

RIVEROs tasks

• Project management support (deputy project manager)

• Preparation and implementation of corporate development programmes in the fields of environment, health and labour protection (Environmental Policy; Environmental, Health and Safety Management and Monitoring Plan; Environmental Actin Plan; Trainings)
• Implementation of Geographical Information Systems (GIS for water utilities)
• Implementation of hydraulic modelling programmes
